Picholine
This popular varietal from France is dual-purpose. It ripens somewhat late and produces a top quality oil from its medium-sized fruit. It is commonly picked early for green table olives. It is strongly self-incompatible, pollinated by Manzanillo, Aglandau and Bouteillan; it, in turn, pollinates Aglandau.
