Moraiolo
This Tuscan varietal produces fruity olive oil of exceptional quality. The round, pretty fruit ripens mid-season but has a very high removal force. The tree tends to grow and come into production slowly; it is self-incompatible and will cross-pollinate with other Tuscan cultivars.
