Koroneiki
Koroneiki is Greece's most abundant oil producing varietal; it is used extensively in California's super high-density orchards due to its ability to pollinate and produce superior oil. Its compact growth habit and small leaves are matched by the tree's small fruit, lending it to container plantings for patios or small spaces. While the petite fruit makes picking more challenging, the resulting oil is of very high quality due to high oleic acid content.
