Frantoio
Frantoio is our most common Tuscan variety that consistently produces very fruity, pungent oil. The medium-sized fruit ripens on the late side. It is our only self-compatible Tuscan tree, but will benefit greatly from other pollinators. Frantoio is a sturdy and lovely tree, suitable to all climates where olives can grow.
