Cayon
Originally from department du Var in France, Cayon is used for oil and cured black olive production. It is strongly auto-incompatible but is pollinated by Manzanillo. It, in turn, pollinates Lucques, Tanche, Manzanillo, Oliviere, Cayet Roux, Aglandau and Bouteillan with its abundant pollen and extended bloom duration.
