Casaliva
This oil variety is both vigorous and consistently productive; its pendulous branches are a distinguishing characteristic, giving it a “weeping willow” look. Pruning requirements are more intensive for the Casaliva because of its drooping branches. It is self-compatible but benefits from a pollinator and acts as a good pollinator for other varietals. It has medium oil content with fruit that ripens late and phased.
